The Cornwall County Veterans held their Championship finals at Truro. This is a scratch matchplay format with previous rounds played on neutral courses.
Liz Gillman was a Bronze finalist playing against Carol West from Whitsand Bay.
Carol unfortunately failed to show the form that saw her through to the final and Liz played steadily to win on the 11th with an 8 & 7 win.
There was a win in the Silver for Barbara Willmott from St Enodoc against Sandy King from Looe.
Cynthia Penhale and Jill Simmons were the referees.
