The format for Lady Captain Sara’s drive in, was a team Stableford with one score to count on Par 5’s, two scores on Par 4’s and three scores on the Par 3’s. The weather was changeable but everyone had dried out before they left the course.
Everyone contributed a £1 to help start the charity collection off for the year and the player who guessed nearest to the spot Sara’s drive finished was Mandy Wright.
In 1st place and winning the Clarinder Letcher Trophy was Vicky Lee Comyn, Jo Rysdale and Dawn Emmerson with 75 points
In 2nd place was Jan Sargeant, Micah Carroll and Jenny Potter with 70 points
In 3rd place on countback was Jane Rowse, Liz Gillman and Mandy Wright with 67 points
