The early damp start faded away to a blustery bright day for the EWGA Medal which incorporated the Milly David Trophy for the best Bronze score and also the qualifier for the best score for a past Captain to represent Perranporth in the Past Captains society Millennium Trophy knock out.
The competition was a Reductions only and the CSS 75.
1st in Silver with a net 76 was Dawn Emmerson
2nd in Silver with a net 77 was Mandy Wright
In 3rd in Silver and the best Past Captain’s score with a net 80 was Jo Rysdale. Jo is unable to play in the Knock out so Vera Eade will now go into the draw for the Millennium Trophy Knock Out with the next best past captains score.
Best Back 9 Silver was Angie Chapman with a net 37.5
1st in Bronze and winning the Milly David Trophy with a net 83 was Christine Fogarty
2nd in Bronze with a net 86 was Birgitta Varcoe
3rd in Bronze with a net 89 was Rosie B. Bareham
