19 Teams of 3 pairs per team played the Baron Rose Bowl at Perranporth in very testing conditions. The format being Foursomes Medal over 36 holes.
The sun shone all day but the wind was a strong northerly which combined with the rough made the course very difficult which was reflected in the scoring.
In 1st place and winning the Baron Bowl were Carlyon Bay pair of Emily Toy & Abi Maud with a combined net 156
In 2nd place over 36 holes were Georgia Price and Collette Burgess with a combined 159
The Team Trophy was won by Trevose team with a combined 499.
The team were Victoria Pawley & Jane Walls, Patricia Prescott & Jean Gledhill and Heather Johnston & Sue White

Well played everyone. There were 114 very tired ladies after the golf was finished but they all enjoyed a good meal which made for a very pleasant atmosphere in the clubhouse.
