54 Ladies played in the annual Ladies Open Day at Perranporth. The weather was somewhat changeable with torrential downpours which caught the first few groups. After these despite the cloud it stayed dry for the rest of the day. A drink from the brewery van at half time was most welcome.
Thanks to everyone for their hard work in organising the day which ran smoothly. Everyone enjoyed a tasty buffet afterwards and the bar was kept busy.
The raffle raised £165 towards the Captains Charity “Penhaligons Friends” which is A a charity that supports bereaved children.
