Congratulations to the Perranporth Ladies for their performance during the CLCGA Championships at Mullion.
Danielle, Jan, Vicky and Angie won the Western Morning News Cup for the best four gross scores from a club.
It was truly inspired. 8 of the 10 entered qualified to go ahead in the Matchplay rounds. Some fell by the wayside in the first round , others in the second round, Jane Barrington and Dawn reached the semi final of the plate. Danielle, Jan and Nikki progressed through to the final rounds with a Perranporth player in each of the finals.
Danielle eventually losing 5&3 to Laura Andrew in the 36 hole final.
Jan won the Advanced Plate in a match against Michelle Burgess.
Nikki lost in the final of the Plate to Katie Sandow.
