54 pairs from 18 clubs competed in the CLCGA Flag Day competition at St Austell in fine weather.The format is betterball.
In 1st place with 43 points on countback and retaining the Salvers for the second year was Mandy Wright and Jane Rowse.
In 2nd place also with 43 points was Nova Caules Wigan and Rita Fenwick from Carlyon Bay.
In 3rd place with 42 points were Carol Mitcham and Brenda Arch from Falmouth
There were 9 gross “2’s” each recieving 10 balls.
