The wind blew and the showers were heavy but most of the already depleted field (due to the Mail on Sunday match at Bude) got around. This was the qualifier for the regional Australian Spoons for the 16 and above handicaps.
In 1st place with 27 points were Karen Greenwood and Sue Carveth.
In 2nd place with 25 points were Dawn Emmerson and Sally Andrew. This was the best score for the 16 and above group of handicaps.
In 3rd place with 24 points were Jane Rowse and Mandy Wright.
