The sea mist rolled in and delayed the start of the 6’s Shield. Unfortunately even though it cleared and play was possible the mist returned and the competition was played over 9 holes.
In 1st place winning the 6’s Shield with 28 points was Karen Furness , Angie Chapman and Vicky Lee Comyn.
In 2nd place with 27 points on countback was Karen Greenwood, Margaret Oliver and Sue Carveth.
In 3rd place also with 27 points was Jill Hoskin, Rosie Bareham and Christine Fogarty.
