Perranporth played against West Cornwall in the final of the Gammon at Trevose. The weather was perfect with only a light breeze and sunshine. The first match was Danielle and Judy Ryder with Judy taking the early advantage but Danielle came back to win on the 18th. Olivia played Jo Body and won 5&4, Nikki played Gloria Sandow and won 5&4, Jan played Hilary Wood and won 4&3, Jo halved her match against Rachell Perkin, Angie played Hannah Body and won 5&4, Vicky halved with Gill Cattran.
The matches were all played in great spirit. Thanks to the caddies. Mandy, Cheryl, Roy, Richard, Karen, Debbie and Niki.
Overall the match was a 6-1 win for Perranporth to secure the Trophy for the 4th year running.
